| 19 April 1796 'We whose names are hereunto subscribed being
under the necessity of applying to the Parish for Relief under the
Inoculation for the Small Pox do hereby promise to pay into the
Overseers Hands the sum of 5s for each and every one of our families
respectively and individually innoculated by installments of 6d per
